Shipping Details:
- We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- eBikes cannot be shipped to zip codes within New York City.
FedEx Ground shipping rates:
- Standard bikes: FREE
- eBikes: $150 per bike
- Expedited shipping is available during checkout.
Delivery timeline:
- Ground shipping: Up to seven business days
- Expedited shipping: Two business days after the bike ships
- An adult signature is required upon delivery.
- You’ll receive tracking information via email once your bike is ready to go.
Assembly Information:
Your bike will arrive 95% fully built and adjusted.
Before we ship your new bike to you we will:
- Bed in the brakes for you
- Add tubeless sealant to the tires
- Set up the suspension for you – after purchase, we will contact you for your rider weight.

Return Window: Bikes purchased directly from Yeti Cycles can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if in new/unused condition with all parts, accessories, and manuals.

Refund Method: Refunds go to the original payment method; initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Dealer Purchases: Items bought from a Yeti dealer must be returned to that store.
Inspection Process:
