WHAT IS YOUR BIKE RETURN POLICY?  

Bikes purchased directly from Yeti Cycles may be returned by mail or at Yeti HQ in Golden, CO for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item(s) are in new/unused condition with all included parts, accessories, and manuals. Returns can be initiated through our customer support team online or at (303) 278-6909.Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Yeti Cycles products purchased at a Yeti dealer must be returned to the original purchase location. 

Once your item is received, it will be inspected for damage or unusual use. Returned products that are damaged, missing parts, or show significant visible use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price of the bicycle. Returns may take up to 10 business days to process. 

We will provide a FedEx return shipping label for eligible customers within the contiguous U.S.

Bikes purchased directly from Yeti Cycles may be returned by mail or at Yeti HQ in Golden, CO for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item(s) are in new/unused condition with all included parts, accessories, and manuals. If your bike is in new condition and you'd like to exchange it for a different size or model, please contact customer support.

If you're not sure about the size, specs, or have any concerns about the product before you hit that order button, we suggest you drop by your local bike shop and make your purchase from there. They can help you get the right fit, and provide a great spot to roll into for future maintenance needs. You can always contact us for any questions.  

HOW TO RETURN BIKES BY MAIL?  

1. Have your order number and contact us to start a return. You can contact us at 303-278-6909, orders@yeticycles.com, or chat with us on our website. We will provide you with an RMA number and a shipping label for your return.  

2. Repackage your bike in the original bike box that it came in. You can use the un-boxing video here to reference how to repackage the bike.   

3.  Drop your packaged bike off at a FedEx location using the provided prepaid label.  

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS TO YETI CYCLES HQ?  

Bring your item(s) to our showroom Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm MST.
