You need your Yeti serial number to register your bike, make a warranty claim through your dealer, and order the right replacement parts. Where to find it depends on your bike.
Where is the serial number on my Yeti?
Where is the serial number on a Yeti mountain bike?
On most Yeti bikes, flip the bike over and look on the bottom of the frame between the cranks. Older bikes may have the serial number stamped underneath.
Where is the serial number on the LTe?
The LTe serial number is on a small QR code sticker on the back of the drive unit. Remove the rear wheel to reach it, then scan the QR code with your phone.
Where is the serial number on the MTe?
The easiest way is to download the TQ E-Bike app and pair your MTe with it. After pairing, the serial number is under bike info in the app. You can also find the QR code on the frame by removing the drive unit guard; it is on the inside of the frame.
Reading your serial number
Is that a zero or the letter O in my serial number?
Yeti serial numbers can include both the number zero (0) and the letter O. Look closely to tell them apart, and try both if a serial number is not recognized.
How can I check which model and size my serial number belongs to?
